Scott grew up in Hazel Dell (a community within the Vancouver city limits). Each year they have a fantastic parade ("The Hazel Dell Parade") so we pack up the camping chairs and the old school Cougar blanket and head West to Hazel Dell. Scott always runs into old neighbors and friends which is fun. The girls find great joy in collecting candy.
