The girls and I went to Shelton the first weekend in June and all of us ran in the Goldsborough Creek fun run. Eva and Lila ran the 1/4 mile race that they both seemed to love. Eva was smiling and running for the entire race. No surprise! Lila took off running being escorted by her cousin Hannah, I didn't see her again until the finish line. I ran the 7 mile race with my mom (came in 2nd in my age group!). After the race we stayed in Shelton and watched the Forest Festival Parade (yes, we're parade lovers).
