Singing with Eva

We have our own little American Idol at the McGeachy house. Our bedtime routine always ends with me singing Skid-a-ma-rink-a-dink-a-dink to the kids. Lately Eva has wanted to sing it with me and sometimes she prefers to sing it to herself. Tonight she said, "No, Mama...me sing!" So I zipped my lips and just listened to her sing. Her song went like this, "Skid-a-ma-rink-a-dink-a-dink, skid-a-ma-rink-a-do I love me and me and me." Oh boy!
