She did it! The first time Lila got up, went downstairs without waking us up and turned on the tv all by herself was on her fourth birthday. Hooray Lila (hooray for more sleep). Here she is with the remote.
Lila insisted on wearing her tiara and clip on earrings that she received from a friend as a birthday gift. She proudly sported this look all day.
My mom made a chocolate cake for Lila's birthday. Of course it was gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and egg-free and surprisingly delicious. For all of her other birthday celebrations I made allergy free Apple Cake cupcakes. We've found some good recipes lately thank heavens! Lila and Nana decorated the cake.
