It's the eve of my 36th birthday and in so many ways still feel like I'm 23 and just graduated from college. It's remarkable how the time goes so fast I can only imagine how quickly the next 10-15 years will go.
I know I'm getting older because...
1) I had my first eye appointment last week resulting in a prescription for reading glasses.
2) In 2012 I had to purchase what I have coined as "ugly shoes" or "old lady shoes" though I'm coming to terms with my Dansko's and trying to re-frame my thoughts and calling them my "comfortable shoes". Morton's Neuroma in my foot led to this change.
3) I regularly and willingly get up at 5am without my alarm. Gosh I wish I could sleep in!
