The kids have been hysterical lately. I wish I had a video camera on both of them 24/7 because they have been spouting off funny, insightful and logical comments.

"Mom, it doesn't have to be great but it has to be good." I used this line with a coaching client recently after hearing it from Lila. It resonated so well with my client that she took a huge step towards a goal she's been working on for 6 months!!!

"Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls" like she is announcing a circus!
"Mom, do you want to bad news or the good news first?"
