Scott, I mean Lila, got a 'Great Job' on their homework. I like to call Scott the homework czar so these comments hold a special place in my heart for both Lila and Scott.

Little League T-Ballers

Lila and Thad played each other today in t-ball.

Boston Marathon

It's Boston Marathon morning. The girls seem equally as interested in the race as I am.

Spring has Sprung

We spent the afternoon working in the yard. It was cold at first threatening to rain and by the end the sun came out. Lila worked really hard the whole time. Eva found worms and later turned up missing inside the house playing dress up. She had her tsp shoes on, dress up dress and a cape. She reminds me of me. I'm pretty sure my whole family can attest to my poor commitment to weeding when I was growing up.

Happy 4th Birthday Eva

Little Miss Eva turned four today! She told me that she is a big girl and no longer a toddler. Yep!

When I put her to bed she said to to me, "Mommy, mommy can I tell you a secret?" And then whispering, "Now that I'm a big girl I'm not going to get out of bed. I'm going to just sleep and sleep and sleep."

Petunia's

We visited the gluten free and vegan bakery Petunia's in Portland this weekend. My parents were in town and we were exploring Portland. Eva choose the Cookie Monster cupcake (hence the photo). I had an amazing cookie stuffed with chocolate ganache. Everything was delicious!

BatGirl

Lila was invited to her friend Jackson's birthday party last week. She was the only girl from her kindergarten class invited to a superhero party. ;) Of course she wanted to go and she insisted on being BatGirl.
