This is likely the first of many encounters like this but for Lila and me it was a big 'owie'. Lila fell running down the sidewalk from the Jennings house and scuffed her eyebrow, cheek, elbow and knee. Thank goodness it wasn't worse and of course the one thing that Lila was worried about was her 'dirty hands'.
Remember these owies? I do! It sends a zing through my nervous system every time I look at Lila's. Ouch.
